These terms and conditions apply to our customers. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods to you. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

  1. Forming A Contract With Us

You are making a purchase offer when you make an order with us. You agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and website use terms, by placing an order with us.

Our acceptance of your order will occur when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract between you and us will be formed.

If you subscribe for goods and your order is accepted, you are bound to a minimum of three renewals (unless you cancel the order within 14 days (see condition 8)). After three consecutive membership renewals, you may cancel or alter your subscription at any time.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Our Products

We have made every attempt to reflect the colours of our products on this website as precisely as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the colour seen on your monitor correctly reflects the colour of the actual goods.

While we make every effort to be as precise as possible, all information is presented in good faith and is approximate.

3. Your rights to make changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. If the modification is possible, we will notify you. If possible, we will notify you of any changes to the product’s pricing, supply timing, or anything else that may be required as a result of your requested change, and we will ask you to confirm whether you intend to proceed with the change.

4. Payment

 You must pay for the things in full at the time of ordering.

We will charge you the subscription amount on the 14th, 28th, 42nd, or 56th day after your original purchase payment if you have decided to subscribe for things (depending on which subscription you have chosen).

We use the Shopify Payments service for online transactions because it offers secure payment choices. You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

5. Faulty Goods/Guarantee

Before they are worn, modified, or utilized, faulty goods must be notified to us.

Please tell us by email or in writing if there is a problem with the items and provide details of the situation. If you can take a picture of the fault, that will spare you the trouble of having to return the goods for inspection. We will handle the situation according to your legal rights.

If an exchange is required, it will be done as soon as possible and without charge. Replacement items will not be shipped until the original items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

6. Liability

The products supplied on this website have been created and tested to ensure compliance with all applicable US laws.

We do not accept responsibility for any lost profits or indirect losses as a result of our actions. As a result, you should not schedule the goods’ application until you have received and inspected them.

10.3 Some of the things we sell can cause injury if they are not utilized properly. We are not responsible for ensuring that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and instructions, and we are not accountable for any injuries caused by the use of the products we sell.

10.4 Before using your product, always read and follow the application and care directions carefully (s). If the item(s) does not arrive with the application and/or care instructions, please contact us immediately and do not use the product.
