The delivery fees will be posted on our website (please read our delivery page for further information).

We will inform you of the approximate delivery duration during the order procedure. If the products are continuing subscriptions, we will advise you when and how you can cancel the contract throughout the order process.

The goods will be delivered to the address you give on your order. Someone must be accessible to receive delivery of your order if you have chosen Special Delivery (or the products otherwise require signing for on delivery) (normally between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday).

If you tell the delivery provider to leave the products unattended, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
