Cancellation & Returns

You are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation. A quick explanation, however, will assist us in improving the service we provide to consumers in the future. At the end of these terms and conditions, you’ll find a template cancellation notice.

If you cancel your purchase after it has been delivered, you must return the products to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK location indicated by us) at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us that you desire to cancel the order, complete with the ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING. You must ensure that the goods are properly wrapped to avoid harm. Please write the RMA number on the package of returns.

Before we can complete a refund, we require proof that the item has been returned to us (in the event that we do not receive it). A signed, stamped Royal Mail proof of postage (obtained when shipping your item from a Post Office) and/or a Royal Mail tracking code for the Royal Mail Signed-For service or the Royal Mail Special Delivery service are also acceptable forms of satisfactory evidence.
